Dead on arrival (DOA)
All our corals leave us in top health. If we don't think the coral's ready for shipping at the time of packing, we may offer a substitute or we will refund the coral, instead of shipping.
In the unfortunate event your coral arrives and you think it's not survived the trip you must:
Notify us immediately with photo/video evidence, via email or at the latest, within 2 hours of signing for your package to: alice@reef-fresh.store that you think a coral has not survived. with photo's of the unopened pot / bag.If it isn't clear if the coral(s) are alive or dead, Please send pictures to alice@reef-fresh.store and call us on 07990690809, where we can help you with next steps. This will include acclimatising the coral.
Do not dispose of the coral, until you have been told to do so by us at Reef Fresh. We may ask you to send the coral back, with all the packaging, using our FREEPOST service.

Once we have agreed a coral is unfortunately DOA, we will issue a store credit or replacement for the value of the item.T his will be valid for 12 months. (1 year) and can be redeemed against a future purchase.
NOTE
Once the corals have been acclimatised and placed in your system, we CAN NOT be held responsible for their survival. All systems are unique and we have no control over your systems. We offer help and advice to help you get the most from your coral. We will ask you about your system, lighting, flow etc. How long it has been running and what your water perimeters are. This will help us guide you with any challenges you may have.
Abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will not be tolerated and Reef Fres decision is final.
